Honestly, we don't know all the long term effects leading to cannabis hyperemesis since high THC concentration is a recent thing. Not only has THC content gone up in flower in the past 5-7 years, a lot now vape, and those are 80-100% THC.

Usually this happens from too much edibles.

Also, while it's used as anti-nausea, it can cause the opposite effect in the stomach.

Once when I was a teen, I got sick from smoking(didnt vomit though). But I was new to getting high, and it was really good stuff, and I was used to garbage Mexican brick, as that was all we could get most of the time back then.

I've legitimately scromited before during alcohol detox.

It usually happens when the bile decides to get involved and you end up squeezing your entire esophagus from bottom to top like a tube of fucking toothpaste.

I vomited one of the first times I smoked it, there again, I also had a lot of alcohol in me at the time. Otherwise, nothing even close.

My problem with weed is the intake of food, not regurgitating it out.

I have taken huge hits off a blunt before that I had no business taking and vomited before from coughing so much. That's about it. As long as I don't inhale enough smoke in one hit to start a honey business I am good to go.

I scream when I vomit. Well, it's more of a loud yell. Basically if I'm barfing you will know. No idea why I do it, I just do.

Anyway, one time I got so blasted on too many hits on a mega bong that my FPS in reality started glitching out and my eyes felt like they were stuttering. Made me nauseous and I was throwing up for a while. I was still high the next morning.

Only time I have ever thrown up after smoking.
