My employer sucks, so I only get 28 days paid each year, which is the legal minimum. How many do you get?

Wal-Mart does hours. I get 208 hours every year based on 10 years of service. that equates to about 17.5 days

Vac days and hol days combined, I get about 20 per year that I can use any time I want. That's not including Thanksgiving and Christmas -- we get paid off days for those.

Oooh a longer-tenured Walmart employee. I only get up to 128 hrs.

Pretty bullshit that everyone only gets 48 hours of PPTO regardless of employment tenure

I get 130 hours. Been here less than a year, so that will go up over time. Takes 84 hours for me to have 2 weeks off because of how my schedule works. So, just say costs me 7 days worth to get 2 weeks of time off.

I assume you are a DC person?

I think store rates are different, but I could be wrong. I do not know how long you have been there, but we used to get all of our time at the beginning or Wal-Marts year. Now we have to slowly earn it. They also did away with sick time which I have 104 hours of... along with some personal time.

25 days vacation, 7 sick days, and 11 holidays. It's much higher than the average. You needed 7 years to get to this point though, and now you need 10. I was grandfathered into the old rate.

The min is 10 vacation days, everything else is the same. You accrue time with non OT working hours.you get one hour of sick time per 30 hours worked, and I get 7.9ish hours vacation per pay period (2 weeks).
