Seems like I always see different methods and everyone disagrees.. Well, I thought hey.. Maybe astrology does something right and introduced cusps into my drug-fueled toilet project.

'44 to '48 - Silent Boomers
'49 to '60 - True Boomers
'61 to '65 - Boomer X
'66 to '77 - True Xers
'78 to '82 - X Millennials
'83 to '94 - True Millennials
'95 to '99 - Millennial Zoomers
'00 to '11 - True Zoomers
'12 to '16 - Zoomer Alphas
'17 to '28 - True Alphas

Apparently the the new generation is the alpha generation..

But I think it accounts for the overlap that people argue about.. Like sure you're a zoomer, but you got some millennial flavor Mr. Late nineties baby.

Yeah, numbers still become kinda arbitrary.. But you know.. You're like.. A true millennial who just has some Zoomer stench lingering near you.

Well Generation 1 is factually in the 80s.

Generation 2 is just a re-version of Gen 1.

Generation 3 is the one with the animals

I would push up the end of GenX to about '83, but other than that, not bad.

So, nowadays people are more uniform than the past. 2000's and onward, especially the past 10 years or so, are a much less intellectually diverse group than what we saw in the 1950's for example. The further back you go, the more unique each region becomes, and the longer it takes for them to change sometimes, or when there is a big change, it is catastrophic and sudden. Nowadays, change is slower, and big events like the rise of smart phones, digital TV, the internet, is smoother over a predictable period as we transition consciously into the next phase as a medium speed, by intention or with awareness
