Nowhere. The last thing people want in their country is American refugees who will instantly start complaining and trying to change everything to suit themselves.

We screwed this place up (honestly it was the boomers and their parents generation, but theres no reason to point the finger) and we need to fix things. Im not suggesting that we handle things the same way, but France had a very similar problem and they got back on track. Instead of executing them, I suggest that we imprison them and seize their ill-gotten fortunes, setting a precedent to any future charlatans.

I do truly love Scotland. I'd probably be more open to living there if/when they break way from the UK.

I actually could very easily move to Canada. But now that I think about it, that's a massive hassle and I don't have kids so it's not like anyone else is going to suffer for any decision I make (i.e: Staying in this country). So at best I'll just move back to Denver after I get my eye surgeries done.

It's expensive enough to move to a different state, I can't move to another country, but if I could and I wasn't afraid of flying, I'd like to go to England.

Most blue states will hold out the longest for sure. But if they pass federal laws restricting rights CA will either have to go along or refuse to follow them, which is a whole nother can of worms (though the right choice)

Most Americans aren't qualified for express entry into Canada (that's the only entry, it's a stupid name for it). So unless your between 18 and 30, with university education, and speak fluent English or French, and are in one of the required job fields of the month, you can't get in. And even if you do have all that, and score high enough, it just enters you into a lottery. Also some worse provinces have a second lottery you can enter if you agree to stay in them.

Only other ways are to be sponsored or abuse a foreign student co-op program like most people do.

I live in Colorado and I feel alright about how we are doing.

I think the housing market will crash but my place is worth about 35% more than I paid for it in 2018 and I managed to get a 2.8% interest rate in a refinance (didn't take money out because I'm on a VA loan just got a lower payment). If the home value falls my payment falls as well because a decent amount of it is property taxes.

We have a popular Democratic governor that leans libertarian right now and a relatively moderate guy won the primary for the senate here for the Republicans (Joe O'dea).

You can't take a principled stand and switch from country to country based on politics when you are a massive burden to whichever state you go to. If it worked that way then people would just flood to the most generous country until that country changed its policies. Seriously why would any country allow free migration of people that are already drawing disability pensions and will cost potentially millions of dollars to that state over time that are migrating because they have relatively minor political grievances with their current government and aren't in any personal danger?

Uprooting myself and throwing me into an entirely new environment without any sort of back up or safety net would cause me unfathomable levels of anxiety. It would probably be six months before I was able to drop a solid deuce.

I don't ever see America truly collapsing maybe at absolute worse balkanization over regional areas but if somehow everything was to go down the toilet I'd move to Ghana.

Anyways the rules are totally different if sponsored. But you have to take your whole family or spend a lot of time explaining why they aren't coming to Canada. Seriously, why is your 95 year old grandma not coming to Canada, where's her $250 medical test you require to get for her, even though she has no intention of coming to Canada.
Oh also, redo all the forms, because in the 8 months it took to get a response, all the forms were outdated. And that's if the officer that looked at them realized how long they were sitting in the pile. Sometimes they randomly fail you for old forms even though it's their fault there are old.

Without doing any research, I would say the Netherlands. Someone set it up for me.
