I have 2 adjustable 25 lb dumbbells and a row machine at home.

Give me your best possible full body workout.

I had a full bench press but it's in storage now temporarily.

Put the dumbells up on your shoulders and do sets of squats. Also can lay down on a bench that has no arms and do bench press. Also can do standing military press. Also do rows. Also can do farmers walk for 40 yards.

I don't even have a bench. Just a carpet on the ground.

Use your bed as a bench

edit: Does not the Row Machine have a bench? Usually they do...if not, a bed works.

You can still bench/do flys just laying on the floor. The mechanics make you unable to move as much weight though. People often choose to do it because it's safer on the shoulders. With that, you've only got 25lbs so bench press isn't really doing much. You're better off subbing in something else.

Anyway, do you have a place to do push/pull ups? Your weights are probably good for arm exercises, but don't go high enough for other things. Youre best with body weight stuff

I can do pushups, not pull-ups.

My initial thoughts are:
Row-machine with medium resistance for cardio + posterior chain gains
Pushups
Floor press high volume / flys
Dumbell front squat and/or split squat
Curls on the row machine
Overhead tricep extension on the row machine
Ab workout

I threw something together:
-Push ups-change from standard, incline, decline every workout
-Dips-use two chairs if you don't have a place for them
-Reverse push ups-you can probably swap these out for row machine if you want. Use chairs and a broom
-push ups/pull ups if you can
-squats holding your weights on your shoulders as someone else mentioned
-overhead press
-bicep curls-use a variation that you change per workout hammer/standard/makeshift a preacher curl
-tricep kickbacks

3 sets each

That's a lot in ine day though. I'd create some kind of split depending on how much time you're interested in throwing at this

If you're using your row machine as a makeshift cable machine, that's actually good. I'd ditch flies out of your routine and do essentially a cable chest fly where you sit next to the row machine and extend.

Speaking if, in regards to ab workouts, I'd mostly ditch them and do one armed versions of weighted/resistance exercises. You get better core activation that way and save time

I should also state, my goal right now isn't necessarily to get jacked. Its more to get shredded. I get that my equipment is poor right now. Im in this situation temporarily, in about 3 months, I'll have my standard squat rack with all my free weights and get back to normal.
