I don't want to say "to be fair," but he's referring to Brown overturning the previous precedent set by Plessy.

As much as I'm sure Cornyn would actually like that, that isn't what he's trying to say here.

This seems more like an issue of him needing to be a little more specific in his argument

The court's decision partially overruled its 1896 decision Plessy v. Ferguson, declaring that the "separate but equal" notion was unconstitutional for American public schools and educational facilities.

Don't make me defend this dipshit, but come on. This is basic court history stuff.

Yeah. It's still a profoundly stupid argument, because whereas Brown guaranteed rights, reversing Roe is taking them away.

Im politically neutral, so I dont weigh in on that stuff. But that said, Im also black. So yeah, me and my family would leave the country if things start poppin off a bit too much.
