But people on the left seem to argue amongst themselves about everything. Especially on here people seem more interested in trying to find who to blame for the situation we're in rather than how to actually get out of it while people on the right will literally just spew out whatever their preferred youtuber has told them they hate this week.

Like, you almost never see two conservatives argue with each other.

The honest reason is because there's fewer and more consolidated sources of right-wing information, that have much closer integration with the politicians on the their side of the aisle. They have one singular message.

Among other things, the GOP declared war on critical thinking quite a while ago, and it's allowed them to cultivate a voting base that is absolutely incapable of thinking for themselves.

Because people on "the left" in America are anywhere from the left to center right

"the right" in America is really just the far right end of the spectrum, it's just that to be on the right here you have to be that insane and they all are

A big problem with the Right is that a large percentage of them technically would be moderate but frankly don't care what the loud, extremist minority among them do as long as Democrats don't get what they want. And it's gone to ludicrous extremes.

The vast majority of "the right", outside of evangelical jihadists, don't give a fuck about what or who you do, so long as we don't have to pay for any of it.

Right wing media is almost uniformly bankrolled by billionaires committed to pushing a conservative political project that will protect their wealth.

Liberal media is either funded by billionaires who are hoping to make money off of ad sales, or by smaller organizations whose material interests are opposed to the former class.

Is it any wonder that one side's messaging is a little more unified?

Most of the most radical conservatives I know aren't religious. They really have no reason to hate things they do other than being convinced to.

Because Republicans want to screw democrats over in a united front, while democrats want the country to work right.

It's easy to ruin something than it is to fix it.
