I was at a really nice resort and spa over memorial day. I paid a bunch of money for a massage. I man provided it. I didn't care.

I don't see what the big deal is. I've had male doctors provide physicals and cancer screenings too. I don't see how a massage is wildly different.

Kind of had to for physical therapy. It's not awkward to me when it's medical. But, I wouldn't go out my way for it
