I like to think I can handle spice pretty well but just because something's spicy doesn't mean it tastes good, which is more important to me. It shouldn't overpower the dish. I'd like to do some of the pepper challenges just to see what my threshold would be as far as handling spice.

I actually base my meals on what peppers I have. I even try to keep an unopened bottle of hot sauce in my car just incase.

Spicier the better, also eating fresh peppers like I do is healthy in more than one way.

i have to try and get a few sriracha bottles if i see em at safeway in a few days.
2 bottles is enough for a shortage if none for the summer.

if they don't have that may have to look into tobasco or something.

I can handle spice fairly well, but I once tried these Carolina Reaper almonds, and that was out of my league. I can eat, like, one.

I cannot do it anymore. It upsets my stomach chemistry and I get a foul mood.

Theres Indian place that has become like stop 5 favourite restaurants for me. They ask for spice level, I always ask them to make it as they would for themselves.

I actually don't like too much spicy at restaurants because I like the flavor of the meal more.

At home I douse my meals in the hottest sauce I can find. Anything with ghost pepper or carolina reaper is fine.

My spice level varies. If I'm going for something spicy, I want it to be just above Jalapeno level. When it comes to pot noodles, Shin Ramyun is about the level I like it to be at. Not Samyan. Samyan is not only too hot, but it has a disgusting taste to it.
