God no, at least in America, because too many people are dumb and wouldn't get how to use them. So many people would die.

That would be awful in urban areas. Also, Europeans are universally terrible drivers, outside of sports.

What other countries? Outside of a couple select countries, traffic and drivers in most other places across the globe make what you get in america look like profession vehicle pilots.
