We've all been there. Generally speaking (barring exceptions here and there), the bigger dogs are far more level-headed when it comes to random barking at shit and are far better at actually listening when being told to shut the fuck up.

Little, yippy-ass dogs, are the opposite. We've seen them. They yip and yap and scream at every little slight against them or their territory.

Not sure about other states but in FL you don't actually have to disclose you have a dog.

Every place I've lived in the past few years have had no dogs over 35 lbs and no aggressive breeds rule. However I've brought my 70 lb husky everytime, and generally the neighborhoods are always filled with pitbulls.

So I think it's more of a guideline than a rule.
