Basically when it enters the battlefield you pitch two cards from your hand or graveyard, and depending on the color it gets an effect.

Blue - ward 1 counter
White - vigilance counter
Green - +1/+1 counter
Red - first strike counter
Black - lifelink counter

and if you can't or won't it sacs itself.

How would you word it? If it's a 5/5 creature (probably naya colors) what would you price it at?

When ~ enters the battlefield, discard two cards or exile two cards from your graveyard. If either of those cards is black ~ enters the battlefield with a lifelink counter, If either of those cards is blue ~ enters the battlefield with a ward 1 counter, if either of those cards is white ~ gets a vigilance counter, if either of those cards is green ~ gets a +1/+1 counter, if either of those cards is red ~ gets a first strike counter.

for each card exiled this way, if it is white, ~ gains a vigilance counter, if it is blue ~ gains a ward 1 counter [etc]

I probably wouldn't, though. it's pretty clunky for not much purpose. and, if it's only going to be three colors, i'd restrict also only give it counters for those three colors. if only to cut down on the wordiness.

cost? probably five if you drop the blue and black counters, six (or wubrg) if you keep them.

Change it to just "Gains Vigilance" "Gains First Strike" etc.

Also, what if I reveal a 5-color card? Does it just get everything?

keyword counters are going to be a part of the set, so that's why i'm doing it like this, plus less memory issues.

The cards are exiled you can just put them under the summoned creature it's not like they can come back.

you could probably also use the modal bullet point tech, though i don't think wotc has used them this way yet. should make it read a lot easier, though.
