No because that potentially let's people incriminate themselves after they are suspected of certain crimes when they are investigated. Also it let's curious people know of ways people could commit crimes against them or those they care about and how to potentially better protect themselves.

Could be relevant for academic purposes so I can't say that's a good idea. Especially since researching certain famous killers or whatever would almost certainly result in some detailed descriptions for how to kill in such and such manner. Or like, lockpicking tutorials which can be used for criminal stuff, but also qualifies as a hobby and is also an essential skill for anyone who wants to become a certified locksmith.
