I use a electric kettle, as they would be called in the UK. I forget what they are called here in America. I plug it in, fill it with water, turn on a button and I have boiled water in like a minute It's much faster than with a stove top kettle I dont know if a microwave is capable of brining water to a boil but maybe it can ...
