I feel that way with a lot of internet lingo, such as white people absolutely killing hip-hop terms like lit and fam through overuse, but cringe does fill a niche. Like there's not many words I can of think of using instead of it to convey that meaning

People who can only use cringe or based are the reincarnation of those people we had about a decade ago who could only yell WIN or FAIL in response to these.
Except this time around, sometimes they substitute cringe for edgy and a lot of them have a verbal tick that makes them randomly affix lmao to their sentences.
If nothing else it's a nice quick way of writing talking to someone off as a waste of time.

Well based is just 4chan bullshit. Some cringe compilations on YouTube are genuinely quite funny

Chase uses his cones to direct traffic away from the killdozers path and his megaphone to try and evacuate people that are.

Rubble maintains a safe distance and looks for an opportunity to delay the vehicle with his demolition equipment.

Rocky assists with rebuilding efforts mainly but he salvages thrown away paint cans to modify Chases ball cannon into paint-soaked tennis ball shots. If the killdozer arrives he can fire on its tempered-glass protected cameras to render it blind.

Skye keeps eyes on the sky and relays information to the others. She also hoists Marshall in a harness above the killdozer where he uses his infinitely generating water cannon to douse the killdozer in an attempt to disable its electronics or at least harass the operator.

Zuma does nothing as usual.
