Just how they all crowd up close to where the line starts, so when their group gets called they can quickly jump in. But because everyone's crowded so you can't tell if they're actually in line or they're just crowding around

I often prefer that im in the final boarding group because of this. If I'm gonna need to wait, I might as well get to sit and wait until the very end

My pet peeve is someone at a Tim Hortons who is ordering a gigantic family meal. Go inside if you want to order that. Drive through should be used for Coffee and Donuts.

If I have a later boarding group I feel the same way. When I'm one of the first groups though, having to navigate through everyone is annoying
