i will go first 180 lbs

Got down to 280lbs at one point but gained it all back.

I don't even know. I can't remember the last time I weighed myself.

I'm probably 170-180.

Well, as good as someone who also has a twisted ass spine. My spine is twisted and it's in my ass. Not really. But it is fucked up. Looks like I was kicked in the side by a Mortal Kombat character.

230lbs at 5'10". I got down to 215 from 370 or so, but I've been bulking since January. Anxious to get my next dexa scan and see for certain how the recomp has played out. I know my upper body is a lot thicker than it ever has been and my loose torso skin is worse, so I'm thinking good.

I've always been around 120, give or take a few pounds. Not sure exactly as its been ages since I last weighed myself.

I'm 5' 6" and usually weigh in around 155-160 lbs

I want to go back down to like 125 tho

I'm 5'6" and I was 170, but now im 135. Personally, I didn't find it too hard changing things around beyond a couple weeks. After that things were just kind of habbit.

170-175 depending if its taco night.

I start getting cut looking once I dip into the 180s. I'll probably hit that by the end of summer. I screwed up timing on things this year

About 168 pounds; I'm 6'1" btw.

6'3", 185 lbs. Last summer I got up to close to 200, but 185 is my "equilibrium" weight (i.e. if I have my normal level of activity, it's where I hover). I sat on my ass last summer. During the school year, I'm on my feet a lot and don't need additional exercise to maintain my weight.

Pretty lithe for someone my age. Then again, I was 25 lbs lighter in college

Was pretty fit in my early 20s around 215-220 lbs but now I rock the dad bod.

I gained a significant amount of weight the past couple years as I haven't been mobile due to being in college, spending 99 percent of my time at a computer completing assignments and studying, and then I ended up getting Cancer last October, so I was chair ridden for a month. Before that I was 275. I plan on getting back into shape, but I'm more focused on finding work first. I graduated, but I can't find work in my field atm, so I'm looking for general work.

i haven't weighed myself in 3 years, but probably like 145.

Isn't that pretty low for 5'6 or maybe I'm mistaken. 120 is like really skinny

Some of yall will be lucky to make it to 60 if you dont get your weight under control.

207 lbs 5'10.

2 weeks so far of only eating 4 days fasting 3 days, only lost 8 lbs. Goal is 180.

Im right around 140 (I prefer just under 138.5). The pandemic caused me to gain some weight and Im finally getting back to where I need to be. Im not 100% there yet, but Im getting there.

Sorry, but I have to ask why you want to be that skinny. I know a lot of people have a hard time putting on weight but you are still trying to go down?

Acid reflux helps me out. I eat too much/too unhealthy and it fucks my throat and gut up.
