Oubliettes 06/11/22 3:48:18 PM #3:	i was general manager at a fast casual restaurant a few years back, and the district manager was just so fuckin useless. the whole district was failing because of mismanagement and his solution was to just clean house every couple months. the store i took over had a 400% turnover rate. people stayed weeks, if that. i quit myself after about a month because the job was just absolute bullshit. was working 70 hours a week on a 50 hour salary because the district manager kept running off new hires because of his bad attitude and false promises (pro tip to anyone hiring: you cant fuckin tell people that their salary or hourly rate is one (comparatively high) number, and then later clarify when confronted that what you meant was actually (low number) + tips --- http://i.imgur.com/ozVGOuh.png <cite>Oubliettes posted [p:965728877] in Why do dis...
