Did some Whalin' for C2 Kazuha (Had C0) and got 2 Kaz and C4 Heizou for $200. I have no shame but I achieved my objective.

Don't get me wrong, I'm like you and I prefer 300%, but haven't the number crunchers basically determined that 250% is the sweet spot?

200-250 depending on gear, main stats, group buffers iirc

I'm pretty sure I've read somewhere that the absolute ideal scenario is 250%, attack sands and Electro Goblet. Although ER Sands / ATK Goblet is close.

I'm struggling to get her CR and CD up. She requires too many stats.

Iirc 300% was to get the full effect of the severed fate set, which also got you the full effect of engulfing lightning in one stroke.

If you were just going for her weapon, 200% was optimal until you get it to r5, which then required something close to 315%

Yeah she definitely is held back by the split-scaling. Although I can't help but wonder if that was by design, because if she could have 200 plus crit damage plus all those other stats, she'd be broken.

Difference between atk sand/electro goblet and ER sand/atk goblet was less than 1% with an r1 engulfing lightning.

Also probably worth noting I do have engulfing lightning and have her at c2, so more ER helps.

As if any of this theorycrafting matters considering almost 100% of Sumeru is Venti-able lol

Also I have my C4 Heizou at Lv 80 with 8/11/7 talents and dude is a freaking BEAST

I've gotten Kazuha, Thoma, and Ningguang (both 4 stars were already C6) but no Heizou

I hate this

I don't understand why they wanted to make him a four star. Other than maybe he is just a test market for a five-star brawler.

I absolutely think he's a test character.

After pulling for him my first night and having no luck getting him, I went back and got lucky the second day. So I tell my son, and he decides to break the news to me that he got Heizou at c6 pulling for Klee.

There is no way someone actually think Heizou's kit is 'weak' even C0.

It is incredible for DPS.

Compare to 5*s

That's a very unfair comparison to make. Only a very select few 4-star DPSs at c6 can compete with a c0 five-star.

I had 30m after getting Yelan to 90 and her weapon. Triple crowning her shouldn't have been 30m

420,000 level up total
almost 5mil triple crown total
Artifacts drain mora a little bit.
Weapon upgrades drains mora a little bit.

Honestly, I'm not really sure what his best artifact set is. I've been running wanderers troupe because his charged attack always generates a Declension stack.

There are leaks circulating of a new Mondstadt character, which is crazy to think about because the newest Mondstadt character we have is Eula who came out in 1.5

It has Mondstadt's port town. I think it also might have some kind of a big castle. Also it probably doesn't have a statue of the seven because the Abyss Mages stole it (Chapter 1 Archon Quest spoilers).

Heizou has me all on board with them rethinking main DPS styles, so maybe he'll be something new, who knows?

- Similarly strong scaling on their skill damage as GMC + both their skill and burst get extra damage based on their EM from a passive.
- Their burst is a plant that does targeted DoT in a small AoE like Yae's totems; you can 'transfigure' with pyro/electro/hydro to buff it
- Pyro transfiguration makes the plant explode in a large AoE, to quickly finish off a group
- Electro transfiguration makes the DoT trigger faster (from 0.6 hits/s to 1/s), increasing the damage output
- Hydro transfiguration increases the AoE of the DoT, for better group dendro application
- The burst also has decent scaling; it also has an 80 cost but C1 refunds some energy whenever you hit enemies with their skill.
- The burst also provides a few utilities in dendro application, EM buffs to the active character (passive), and dendro + elemental damage bonus based on the element transfigured (C6)

I can't help but wonder what Aloy would be like if her bombs could be Venti'd. Because the amount of damage she does when she actually gets the infusion is actually really good, plus you can stack it with Shenhe.

Yes but her bombs have an ICD so the fact that Venti's CC stays up for so long means they'll trigger. She needs 3 or 4 of them to trigger but the ICD doesn't allow for simultaneous triggering.
