Dendro Traveler looks so mediocre it's kind of insulting. I wish they would stop being so obviously malicious with Traveler's kit. It's not like they can't afford to make the one or two decent free to play characters. Hell, I actually use Kaeya and it doesn't change the fact that I have Ayaka and Ganyu.

Id love to use Kaeya but I hate his normal attacks.

You know what's really weird about that? He actually has the highest attack multipliers in the entire game for a sword user. The amount of damage he can do with proper setups is kind of comical.

The best Traveler is still Geo.

Hell, I'm pretty sure up till now the only Traveler that works together in sync with the Archon is Geo...
...that doesn't really mean much tbh.

Their multipliers/cons aren't revealed yet so I think it's too early to doompost. Yes anemo and electro are kinda shit but geo is good and on par with subdps Ning.

Tartaglia is a weird one. Reminds me a little of Omni-Man.

Tartaglia is at very worst an anti-hero, and is probably better thought of as chaotic good. A lot comes from the mistranslation of what he says in the golden chamber. In the original Chinese translation, he mostly expresses regret for what he has to do because he doesn't believe in hurting innocent people.

Well I used up my saved 35ish fates and got one Heizou, so at least I can start building him until more constellations pop up!

Heizou was too much fun, I had to pull him. I couldn't get him in 60 pulls... So I kept going... 80 more times . I got 8 Ningguangs (or should I say 40 Starglitter) and went from not having Thoma to having him at C6.

I regret nothing! Well, it doesn't hurt that I also got Diluc for the first time ever, and two Kazuha constellations. But even without them I wouldn't regret it, Heizou is awesome.

Good grief, 8 Nings, 7 Thomas, a Diluc, and 2 Kazuha before a single Heizou.

I'm pretty sure there are others you haven't mentioned, but that is quite horrible tbh.

Heizou is the legit best. I dunno about power wise, but certainly in fun.

He's also unusually C0-friendly for a 4-star main DPS

Yeah, it was, full functionality revealed.

Dendro+Hydro = spawn seed.
After 6 seconds or after you get past the 5 seed limit, the oldest seed will detonate for AoE dendro damage.
Pyro detonates the seed for AoE pyro damage.
Electro fires the seed as a dendro homing bullet at an enemy.

Looking at it closely, I think the "bonus damage" may be exactly that leaked added base damage.
The wording implies that whatever damage you deal right after quicken triggers the corresponding element's buff?

Electro+Dendro --> Catalyze (or Quicken, whatever).
From there the next electro or dendro attack will gain bonus damage similar to how Yunjin buffs chars.

So yeah, the reaction isn't a buff, but a single hit like melt/vaporize, it seems. Would be nice if catalyze persists for a long time.
