I thought they could live to like a 100 years old or something like a human but apparently they live far longer than humans. Like 150+ years.

The oldest living tortoise is at least 190. Bro was like 80 when the Titanic sunk

Yep

A lot of parrots can live to 70 years, but turtles/tortoises are among the few that break 100+ years.

There legit may be a tortoise out there born in the 1800s.

If my turtles outlive me . I need to find a place for them to in my will.

I have 200 K in saving ( I hope by time I die I have that much). With this money keep these turtles in this apartment complex that charges 500 a month. Feed them good lettuce..not none of that iceburg shit.

Whales live pretty long too. There are whales with scars from 19th century whalers swimming about.

The Greenland shark has the longest known life span of all vertebrates, estimated to be between 300 and 500 years

I went to the 168th birthday celebration of a tortoise in a village in Japan. The residents held a tea ceremony for him and the mayor placed a garland of flowers on his shell. Apparently, the mayor's great great grandfather, who was also mayor, did the same thing in the 19th century. Might have been bs for tourists, but it's definitely possible.

Nah it was a family pet. As far as I know they kept it in their garden and brought it into town for its birthday.
