Ive described its the sentiment that matters and thats a given that no one is in their shoes to really know. Youve heard it a million and one times: go out for a run if youre depressed and of course everyone knows youre not gonna get your booty up to go and do that but someone offered a perspective and some advice.. if you werent in your own way it would be just as valid as anything else after you picked yourself up some my point is, no one is responsible for what you carry, yet they do try to jog your jogging by at least throwing out the idea that you can be capable enough to work out your problem at some point in some kind of capacity and what he said in that topic?
