Me: Ok, can you give me details on why - is a leg missing, is there a pin on the seat, is it falling apart? User: I can't find it Me: You...can't find it? User: Yeah, it's missing. Me: Ok, did anything happen in the past couple of days that could affect that? User: Well, the building burned down. Me: It...burned down? So there is no building? Where are you? User: I'm at home in bed. There's no lever on my bed to raise the chair up and down though, can you fix it? Also I don't own a chair.
