What he's doing is certainly illegal... but he's essentially just doing what the government are doing. So it depends on the bigger question on if the death penalty is moral. ... Copied to Clipboard!

But Dexter goes after people who are a danger to society and have escaped being locked up by the government. One could argue its defense of society. I would prefer they get arrested and put in prison for life but if that won't happen, it might be better that Dexter kill them then let them continue to hunt ... Copied to Clipboard!
