Worse when the most common drug they use is nearly impossible to discover cause it looks like paper and the drug can cause them to get violent. Thing that's slightly cut off on the left is a homemade razor blade. Lighter is for size comparison. I just do my best to find as many as can for my own safety and the inmates safety. Due to the layout of my prison we try our best to not have bad mental health cases. Some slip through though. Currently we have a guy who murdered his wife best friend and daughter. He caught said best friend fucking his wife and he he snapped. Now he talks to himself all day. From what I'm told when he's just talking to himself he's talking to his wife.
