Ewan was never really Alec, etc. Alec really played it like a traditional Knight, because that's actually what he brought to the table as an actor. Ewan is just much more older brother, and he doesn't exactly have the face for it. Like, Keira Knightly is not Natalie Portman, you know? She never will be. A movie with Keira playing Natalie would be just that. Not really Natalie. So, Ewan is never really gonna be able to do Obi Wan. It's not like playing Romeo.
