Whatever benefit I have from it is a backseat to how alone I feel. It's more like each connection stabs a little deeper, like each new connection I make is in context with the ones I've sifted through, and it doesn't work out. It's more and more evidence that it's just not ever gonna work out for me no matter how close I am to someone, like it's just always out of my reach. I am just so sick of trying to get over all my anxieties and fears to connect with someone, I'm so sick of hoping that it's all gonna work out, I'm even sick of hoping that not looking for love is gonna work out.
