I took melatonin and z quil last night so I'd get adequate sleep to be alert today, but instead they've just remained in my system

work from home hehe

Z quil and the like always leave me hungover the next day.

Yeah that's the thing that sucks about office work. At the last job I had like that, my second monitor was tilted so no one who walked up could see it. I used that monitor to youtube, gfaqs, etc while my first monitor had work on it. Thankfully, my current job doesn't care as long as we get our work done.
