Literally took me 5 minutes to post this topic.

I tried resetting everything.
Turned my PC off and on.
I am handlined.
Virus scanned.
Turned off firewall.
Seems to have slowly been getting worse and worse to the point where simple websites don't load or take forever.
Going to try booting to safe mode.
Everything works fine when using my phone so it has to be localized to my PC.

Didn't work unfortunately.

Safe mode didn't help any so I figured it must be hardware related. I thought I took it out but I have a ethernet port that slots into a PCI slot. Once I plugged my ethernet cable into it things seem to be working as before. The only reason I had it plugged into my motherboard is because on certain games I couldn't connect to servers while plugged into the other port.

I guess my MB ethernet port is broken somehow?

What does your Task manager say about your network?

If you want, you can download Wireshark, its a packet tracer that you can see the network utilization on your PC and modem to find the source and destination of network spikes. Its also free to download.

Looks fine right now. I forgot to add when I ran Googles speed test while plugged into my MB downloads speeds were fine. Upload speeds were <1. While plugged into my PCI ehternet port I'm getting normal download and upload speeds. Maybe tomorrow I will play around a little more. How my PC sits it's a bitch to move the cable around lol.
