i mean those computer programs that seem to cover the most common sense stuff and you mostly watch videos. Iirc almost all large retail workplaces have them. I don't really like them

Yeah theyre stupid

We have several that we have to do each year for regulatory and compliance training and year after year they lower the bar on the difficulty. It is at the point now where I think someone could wander in off the street and pass based solely on common sense because the wrong answers are so blatantly wrong.

No, I work for an insurance company and so we have a lot of regulatory requirements, data governance, fraud, etc.. training that we have to do each year

All the time, it's pretty annoying even if I'm basically getting paid to do nothing but click through some transcripts

You mean the things that you can 90% without even trying? Yeah they're pointless
