Just makes sense, yanno? I've been grinding because I am a whore but then I also spend money on a lot of shit, so I don't currently have it, but I will!

That's what I do.

Do I grind more or sell a 3* ALL materia for like 7 grand? This is the part of the game where, because i overleveled some, i don't need the best gear, so I just equip weaker double AP gear from here on out until the final dungeon...

I don't think a 3* ALL materia means much right now. I fear if I keep leveling I'm going to make a long stretch of the game coming up braindead easy...not that it was ever going to be hard.

I would keep the ALL materia but just get enough gil for the pass. But if you want a real challenge, level everyone up to 99 and then fight in the final battle. I made that mistake in my first game. It was really crazy.

It's based off Cloud's stats specifically, so if you want a real challenge, make sure to give Cloud all the stat boosting items, dupe them stat boosting items and max out his stats, then face the final boss.

Selling master All material is by far the easiest and quickest way to make Gil in the game. Nothing else comes close.

I actually never knew the final boss gets stronger if Cloud is at max. I did know they have more HP if you use Knights of the Round in the prior fight, yeah?

Crazy. I may just max out Cloud's stats. I still feel like it won't be much of a challenge but I don't know.

If you really want to grind, I suggest following the FFVII Perfect Game Guide. I did that like a decade ago and it was pretty fun but I intentionally skipped a few parts like grinding 99 of specific missable pieces of gear.

Oh no...I just like to overlevel, and i don't mind the repetition of grinding. Doing stuff like 99 of al items...nah. I don't need that level of perfection...
