They (and The Criterion Collection in the USA) previously released a double feature of the first two, but it seems that the rights have been cleared up in the UK for the third movie. I guess I was wrong. The box set was formally announced this morning, and you can pre-order it. https://eurekavideo.co.uk/movie/the-police-story-trilogy-limited-edition-box-set-4k-ultra-hd/ Looks like it's just 4K discs, not a dual format release (the Blu-ray editions from the company are Region B locked, anyway). The same label also owns the rights to Drunken Master, which has a 4K restoration, and I suspect they'll upgrade it in the future as well. --- I am quite the town freak, which satisfies. ... Theres a super rare English dub of Police Story 1 and 2 that every few years I look around on the internet to see if I can find it anywhere but to no avail. It was a very Americanized dub that used a bunch of music and sound effects from his more modern movies, and afaik they only only played it on TV and never actually released on VHS or DVD. It wasnt a good dub but my dad a VHS copy of both that he recorded on the TV, I must have watched it 30+ times growing up. Someday Ill find it hopefully. ... Copied to Clipboard!

The stunts and action were A+, but everything else dragged the movie down quite a bit for me. Id recommend just watching the stunts if you could. Movie is dated and bad outside of that.
