If you want some really great tees from a brand retailer, I think Express definitely has an awesome $30-40 shirt. Or you actually wouldnt need to spend a lot, outlets like Ross and Marshalls carry really nice brands like RVCA, Chomp, and Drill for like $8-12. Also, some styles of shirt are better suited for broad shoulders with a sharp inward taper to the waist, like polos and henleys.
