This was talked about before. However now they have put out a body cam what happen. I won't use a twitter or youtube link because it is so bad. I'll just post the name of the article from the Daily Mail.. Video: Bodycam shows deputy, suspect in flames after taser ... I want to bring this up because it is super important that people see up at least to the firing of the tazer. The cops randomly grab this guy, and 2 cops are yelling different things. And I am just thinking how do they expect people to comply with what they are yelling when they are not clear and more then one person is yelling. --- To be a poor man is hard, but to be a poor race in a land of dollars is the very bottom of hardships. I don't know what his official diagnosis is but based on his symptoms it sounds like he's got second degree burns on 90% instead.
