Ive always said if I could go back in time, I would go back and see Pink Floyd perform The Wall live.

Assuming money is no problem, I'd start around the early 60s & just go to a million different concerts.

The future, but it would probably be pretty difficult to find a time in the future where trans people are more accepted, but not too close to the complete collapse of society.

Far enough in the future to look up the details of me and my wife's deaths, and see if they should be changed. If we make it to our 70s or more, that's cool. If one of us dies because of something avoidable then I'll be making sure that doesn't happen.

1970s when I was little and keep my current knowledge.

Looking at old PM magazines the tech and stuff seems fascinating and for what they thought of the future.

It's like the 1970s was old tech meeting new tech, not the 80's and 90s.

I travel 1 year into the future. If everything is good I travel another year, then another, keep going until I arrive at something devastating.

I then go back until I discover the approximate date of said devastation. After that I proceed to uncover precursor events to see what, if anything, could be changed to prevent it.

I return to present time and warn everyone. I then get locked up in an insane asylum because everyone assumes I'm batshit crazy.

I bide my time, I wait, until the destined time. I then say "I told you, fuckers." and go as far into the future as I possibly can because I failed.

Probably go back and see a Tupac concert. Or maybe check out what happened with Kurt Cobain.

I'd like to go back in time to before I turned 18, with time before departing to memorize several sets of winning lottery numbers.

I always wondered about things like this.

One would end up dead or in prison under the suspicion of cheating.

Oh, I hadn't intended to win the lottery multiple times. I'd want multiple winning numbers memorized so I could be sure to win at least once. Someone might, for example, steal my first winning ticket.

Then travel to around 2010 and start selling the rare party hats and other holiday items for BTC over on the sythe forums.

The sun will have expanded enough to evaporate all the water off the earth by then. It will be too hot for anything to live by then. I wouldn't reccomend it.

I would go back to after jesus was killed and film his tomb for 3 days to see what happened. Then I would go for lottery numbers too. Or maybe just put my life savings into apple stock when it first became available.

maybe 100 years in the future, to see how much damage global climate change might have caused, and if we did anything meaningful to combat it.

also, I feel like within the next few years, the JWST would be able to determine if there are any advanced civilizations out there, and within that 100 years (if we're still around), we'll learn even more, if there's anything to know.
