Went to one with my wife yesterday. They had a bunch of ps2 sports game in the glass display case and wanted 9.99 each for these scratched up copies of madden, golf, etc.. I then found an N64 grey console that was covered in brown rust. The power button didnt work, and the reset button was stuck. It was missing one connection and the other connection was next to it. I grabbed the one next to it because my rf one is dying.

I asked the lady for a price and she was like I cant its too much work just do it when you go up there. But she was saying it like I just asked her to run 8 miles. She was so flabbergasted I told her to relax I can go up there.

I go up there and the guy is immediately hostile. This is the AV cable for the Nintendo 64 I put out there yesterday how did you get this uh, it was just next to the console. I dont think you can purchase this but Ill ask my manager. She tells him 2 dollars and hes just outright pissed saying she shouldnt have allowed to sell the cable. Throws my cable in a bag and walks away lmao.

Never bought electronics from Goodwill.

Maybe they should package parts separately if they don't want to sell things together?

Thats what I was thinking too honestly. Shouldve just taped it up and put it in the display if you wanted it packaged

One good thing still about GameStop.

Sure they're no Funcoland, but a few years ago I need a AV for my Dreamcast.

Wanted one like right away and no eBay or Amazon bullshit.

Had two within a mile around me.

One didn't have shit.

The other had one for like $8.00 packaged with itself.
