MabusIncarnate posted... Just under Nashville, I dont think its hitting here. According to that map I'm near Greensboro. Calling for level 1 or 2 storms all afternoon. Haven't seen shit yet. But storms form out of the ass around here. Also why does Seneca, SC look like it's state of it's own? --- The Evil Republicans - Est.2004 - WoT [Government Destabilizing Branch] ... got a little rain last night apparently but i slept through it :( glad it's still cloudy though. even though my apartment faces west, there's a big building with a fair amount of glass right across the street from my window, so the sun is so bright from the reflections that i might as well be facing east. love when the clouds prevent that. --- https://i.imgur.com/cEQy3f4.png / https://i.imgur.com/gWKaLHC.png https://i.imgur.com/u6JR7qX.jpeg ... Things have been surprisingly boring here in Louisiana for awhile. Maybe we'll get a tropical cyclone strike during the next few months to break up the monotony? --- "If men had to cut of their genitals to display faith to God this world would have turned Atheist eons ago." - Random user on the Politics board ... DespondentDeity posted... There was a pretty brutal snow / hail storm here yesterday so I got to deliver in that and it was also unseasonably heavy so it was a great day. I've been watching that same frontal system you're talking about. It's so amplified for the time of year that we might actually see some weak "cold" air advection down here in Baton Rouge on Thursday or Friday according to some of the models I've looked at. Climatology doesn't favor it, but even a little bit of drier air via a wind shift would satiate me. This heat has been unbearable; overnight lows have been closer to July levels where I live throughout like all of this month. Things warmed up here beginning in May. Abruptly. And yes, I'm an armchair "meteorologist", which might've been given away when I used the term tropical cyclone above. Definitely a really anomalous event for you guys if you live anywhere close to where that front is, which it sounds like. Stay warm! :) --- "If men had to cut of their genitals to display faith to God this world would have turned Atheist eons ago." - Random user on the Politics board ... Copied to Clipboard!
