First hand was fucky. Multiple raises. I reraise, another goes higher and I'm all in.

My pocket Jacks hit trips while guy pushing the bets pairs his A. 3rd player has nothing and my trip jacks hold up. Now I can chill for a little while/.

and I ended up 2nd place in that tournament. That was a fun ride. Spent like 1200 fake dollar site money to enter and won back like 10x that much

Also FINALLY got the southern chicks name today. She never wears a nametag but today she did. Wasn't what I had been thinking it would be. The store was crowded for some reason so I didn't get to talk with her much, I joked with her and said "It's too busy you should just walk out" and she said "Would you miss me if I did?"

Watch Fast and Furious before you play you'll do better. Also play Eye of the Tiger before the green light and it syncs up with NOTHING.

Anybody into Borderlands? They just dropped number 3 for free on Epic Game Store. If I ever finish Nioh, that'll be the next game I download.

I didn't like Borderlands 3 but I love 2.

Haven't had a chance to play 3 yet, but I've purchased 1 and 2 several times. I played the pre sequel but wasn't feeling it.

Played the first one way back when. I liked it but I know I was missing out on a lot playing it alone.
Saw the B3 news and downloaded it yesterday. Next week is rumored to be No Man's Sky which would be really cool. I've been wanting to put an hour into that game and never play it again for ages.

There's a lot of games that I just want to play for a bit and get a feel for. I check out the free games on the Epic Game Store every week for that purpose. This is why game rental places still need to exist.

3 was eh.

What made 3 worse than 2? From what I could tell, all of the Borderlands games look kinda the same.

2 just had better writing, better characters, better humor, and was all around just a special kinda game.

3 was... bland in comparison. The gameplay was just as good if not better, but it had none of the magic and I didn't like the skill trees as much either.

Gaige from bl2 is an all time favorite vg character for me.

3 had no one who was half as interesting or funny or as fun to play as.

God fucking dammit! The handle of the beer carrier I had snapped off and all my fucking beer hit the pavement! All while I was trying to fish my wife's phone out of a puddle!

Bad start to this weekend but this beer opened itself so I better drink it.

It's been busy as fuck today. I made about an average week's worth of commissions just today alone.

orange creamsicle sour ale? I have no idea whether to expect it would be sweet or sour or both but if I ever saw that somewhere and it caught my eye, I don't think there would be any force in the universe that could stop me from trying it out of curiosity. Also holy fuck Icarus is such a perfect name for it too.

It pretty much tastes as advertised. Usually fruited sours are on the sweeter side, and they make great dessert beers. Icarus is the name of their sour line it seems. They had a raspberry sour at the end of last year that was good too.

why's the Alberta game so late tonight?

Rangers game started at 8, network airs both games so unless there is OT, about 2.5 hours between games shows the most footage. Might lose the first few mins of the Alberta game if it runs late.
