All you have to do is stick a regular disc in the oven for like 15 minutes and it'll shrink down. Didn't you guys ever do shrinky dinks when you were a kid? Not many people probably have them anymore but you might've noticed at one point how a DVD drive's tray can have two tiers/circles. It was a powerful system for the time and it doesn't get enough credit.
