Board 8 > Need help finding an indie game I remember seeing a trailer for

Perhaps I'm just imagining this game, but I've searched and cannot find anything. I only remember the vaguest details.

I believe I saw it during a Nintendo Direct/Nindie Showcase over the past two years.

From what I remember the concept was a turn-based RPG/puzzle game where your "battles" were having conversations/dialogue with others. It was 2D, and had your character on the left and the opponent on the right during the "battles".

I'm also fairly certain it is not Last Word, which is the only game along these lines that I found that seemed similar to what I described.
