In a weird way I'm kind of glad it happened? I've only had one other experience with a bad in my life and I was very skeeved out and just held the front door open until it finally flew out. This time I was weirded out as well but this bat just couldn't figure out how to leave so I shut myself in my bedroom with the bat took the screen off my window and just waited. Watched it swirl around for a good 20 minutes until it finally left lol.
