I wonder how many lives could be saved if we did annual endoscopies, head MRAs, chest CT scans, etc. But fuck it, let's treat symptoms.

And I do get resources, time, etc.

but you see, healthcare companies would rather let people die than pay to do medical tests

Cancer would almost not be a thing anymore.
