Yeah they just installed after we signed a couple of months back and they noticed some cracked tiles on the roof that we had to fix first. Out utility company raises prices 4 times over one year. But there were times I got home and didn't realize the power was out until I opened the refrigerator. Was a bit cost prohibitive and we have a lot of tree coverage around our house so not sure it would be as effective as it could be. Granted I live alone with a cat, but still it sucks that that would be possible.
