Lol i got 2 of these still packaged. Bought them cause i still use itunes. In case mine breaks.

I'm honestly shocked they continued to produce it for this long. Especially since it was so inferior to the iPod Classic yet that canned that in a shorter amount of time.

Honestly, it got to the point where you could buy an iPhone with significantly better specs for a similar price.

Because the iPod classic cant be updated to iOS and put them in the Apple ecosystem and get them hooked early, the iPod touch however could.

i bought an ipod touch before my big journey to south korea back in 2010. that thing brings back so many memories.

I remember being so god damn poor that I bought an iPod touch instead of an iPhone and used Google Voice in college.

There's no market for these, they will never be valuable.

Im still butthurt that they stopped making the Classic. There are still people out there who dont stream their music and like having ALL their music on a high-capacity device that doesnt require an internet connection ._____.

Ive got two of them and they work fine but I assume eventually theyre going to die and then Im fucked I guess?

Mine's still in use for driving, ever since 2010. I'm surprised it still works fine after 12 years of heavy use

You could 100% find someone to mod it and both replace the battery and replace the hard drive with a flash drive. A higher-capacity one, even.

Yea I prefer to have all of my music and I hate streaming. The sound quality isn't the same.

I actually just picked up one on amazon the moment I found out they were discontinued. I had a $200 gift card anyway and I am running out of room on the old one I have which was only 32gigs. So I was gonna need something else anyway with more storage.
