In person it really matters if Im up or down mentally. My problem was never physically initiating first. Im a natural flirt verbally. But I don't have a touchy feely personality, so I usually wait until it's super obvious on the other end. Which happens, but I also look back at a lot of missed opportunities.

I think Im pretty decent over text because I don't really give a shit if I mess things up in the moment anymore. I do after at times. But having the confidence to be myself in the moment has only helped me so far. Overthinking usually fucks things up.
