Watching the Chappelle video and looking at the photo of the guy afterwards.... I mean the bodyguards just went all in on the guy with kicks and punches. Are they licensed to do that? If normal Joe got drunk one night and punched a guy, but then that guy's friends ganged up on him, wouldn't they be charged with assault? ... Copied to Clipboard!

Depends on the state and county and city. Here in Portland, OR I need a license to do security work of any kind.
