I bought three boxes (six figures each) of the Muppets and got seven unique figures. The other eleven were duplicates

So now I get to go on eBay and track down the remaining five and sell off my doubles.

Id gladly pay extra to just know what Im getting and get them all at once. Stop wasting my time lol.

I guess it makes them extra money though so, good for Lego I guess? I love the company but this is just annoying.

All blind bag or box figures are stupid. Like the Furuta Nintendo stuff and the Final Fantasy VII polygon figures. Creating rarity with chase figures is stupid too.

That's always been my issue with blind bags. I guess some people like the surprise and that's fine but I'd like the option of just buying what I want

The randomization of the Lego blind bags does seem particularly bad. I think I ordered 9 of the Marvel ones and only ended up getting 3 unique figures.
Luckily one of my friends had the same issue so I was able to trade a couple figures with him.

That only works for certain things. Some blind figures come in boxes or other things. The Final Fantasy VIi Polygon figures came with weights to throw people off.

Not even trying to be smart, but you doing this is why they sell it like this. You paid for 18 to get 7 instead of paying 7 to get 7. Its kind of like the Lego loot crate.

I did that years ago when The Simpsons ones came out. It took forever though and I STILL managed to fuck it up. Im fine just getting a few boxes and either trading or selling my extras.

At least I got more than half the set.

They look neat next to the Sesame Street set

The Sesame Street set is really neat. Honestly though I really wish they had included Grover over Elmo.

I hope they do Muppet Show sets too and not just the figures. (We also need another series of figures- gotta get the rest of the band, and Scooter, and Rizzo, and Sam the Eagle)
