Idk about the TCs claim but I remember when I stopped following the case there was evidence that they both abused each other.

It's just everytime someone says this they fail to actually show evidence of abuse. People have done this both irl and online with me and they never can show concrete evidence like Depp has against Amber.

It was surreal, very little objections too which was even weirder, it quickly veered off into hearsay territory.

A WebMD profile of a clinical psychologist was flooded with negative comments Tuesday after she testified as the first defense witness for actor Amber Heard in a defamation suit filed by her former husband, actor Johnny Depp.

In many of the reviews, commenters accused Hughes of being biased against men in cases of domestic abuse, calling her sexist and unprofessional.

"bad energy, vicious and hates men. ... this review was created by a woman," one review read.
A majority of review writers appeared to take issue with Hughes' use of female pronouns when she described victims of abuse, noting that men can also be victims of intimate partner violence.

"Doesn't believe men can be victims of abuse," another review said. "Extreme biased. Guess she'll discredit victims just for money."

This witness said you should not genderize when discussing abuse.

Yet her whole testimony she genderized victims as being female and abusers male.

A whole lot of people have made up their mind already. You're naive if you think this is going to be the only one and there's always going to be a 'reason' to justify it. Just like their relationship this entire trial is a complete shit show.

Yea many made up their mind back in the day that Johnny was an abuser. Funny that they now hear evidence and changed it.

Thing is, this witness didn't just state what Amber reported to her or the other Dr. as a psychologist.

She said things that Johnny thought in his mind. For example, she said Johnny Depp left the relationship because he couldn't stop his self from being violent and this was his thoughts.

She deserves the hate.

That's up to Depp's legal defense to argue against. Not random people on social media who think they're experts.

Seen this posted a few times so decided to read almost all of it.

Literally 95% of that is "Heard alledged" and "Heard accused". Seriously not going to believe a word she says.

Aside from the part where HER assistant backs her up on one account, and the headbutt where Depp said it was an accident, even then those are shaky.

Also almost every other event in that timeline has been debunked by witnesses and law enforcement themselves.

Again, there is not a single piece of proof or evidence in that thread that I've seen which hasnt been debunked. Literally full of "Alleged assault".
