Never shot one of those kind so I don't know how powerful they are. And I was taught at a young age about shooting guns. I wasn't even a teenager. The thing is, my dad taught me that while guns are fun to shoot, they're dangerous tools and no sort of politics was involved like how I imagine it was here. That said, if it's an airsoft, it won't get through the fence and even if got through the gaps (which look close enough together that I don't think it'll happen), a pellet won't get through clean enough to maintain any kind of momentum. Could still break a window or hit anything taller than that fence. Better hope there aren't any really tall neighbors or kids that a pellet shot over the fence could fall on.
