The girl behind the desk was talking about her after high school plans with a couple other employees. Her plan is literally go into real estate right away and probably make 80k her first year since according to her research that's what most first year realtors make. She'll then probably make 90k-110k years 2 through 10. She's saving 70% her income during this time. If she needs help getting into the industry she'll get a paid internship. I wonder where she'll be in 5 years from now. I was surprised to learn that a few of the people I went to school with are in real estate right now. --- I'm a Taurus I like collecting headphones and iems.
